I'm sorry to bring this up again, but today I got more errors. However this time it's seems to be crc mismatch.

I'm not sure why it would have timed out after 44ms.
What were you doing when this happened?

It looks like you were just loading an msq from a restore point?
Is that it?

I had just connected the laptop (with offline changes) and pressed use tunerstudio settings or what it says. 2/3 tables we're written and then this message.

I haven't seen these errors for quite a while now and just wanted clearly state that it's probably solved.

After upgrading TS, something similar happend here.
Looks when receiving data no problems happen, but when sending after changes or using autotune, TS is restarting and generating difference reports.
Tried already lower values in the com port settings with no effect.

MS3 USB with the 1.0.6 beta firmware.

In attachement the TSAppDebug. I hope this is the right one.

This looks related tot he Comm Drop out that some people are having with MS2 Extra, with MS3 1.006 using the same protocol, it looks as though the problem can happen there too.

Just tried the beta version. The same problem.
I adjusting the ASE taper curve up and down to force writes to the controller. TS states large write in the left lower corner.
TS is dropping connection and directly starts up again. Giving a difference report.
Somtimes freezing when clicking the "use TS values" to the controller, TS is restarting and then generating difference report. The progres bar get stuck at 80%.
When powercycle the controller, TS resets and works without giving a difference report.

Is it a option to go back to a previous TS version? Or what can i try to solve?

In that log it looks like you never ran on 2.0.3c, just b. Also it looks like you had multiple copies running or didn't get a clean shut down.

Try installing 2.0.3c and reboot to make sure no other TS's are running.

Then please either start a new thread or move over to the Thread focused on this problem.

And look what gone wrong with the installation. i did put the beta in a different folder.
