Sync Problems MS3/MS3x on an LS1

Ok, I have read every forum I could find on the matter, I have checked continuity/voltages in the harness and they are all correct, I have successfully tested the coils and injectors with the output test modes, repeatedly messed with the pot resistors on the main board and the ms3x board to no avail. I have tried to capture a composite log of the crank/cam sensor and get nothing. I have also successfully setup a jimstim to simulate a 36-1 toothed wheel. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am running out of ideas.

Ok it looks like there was a small blip of data in this log file but I'm not sure what I'm looking at yet

Ok, I posted that question a little too soon. Turns out the 12v switched I had hooked up would drop power while cranking. I just had to find a switched that maintained voltage while cranking. I now get good data from the cam and crank sensors.
