Voltage Spike 29Y4 MS1

Found voltage spike in Tunerstudio datalog....poor idling when air-con is energized.

Changed alternator from 90A to 120A, problem still there.

Added grounding cable from engine to body, cleaned grounding connection to ECU.

What did I missed out?

Make a shorter log and also post the msq file.

Looks like noise, do you have at least 4 ground wires from the MS seperately running to the engine block?
Do you have resistive spark plugs?
Have you fitted a capacitor to the coil(s)?

I identified a problem with my car, which was the relay box.
14V was getting in, passing the relay, and when going out the relay box to the wire, it would pass only 13V.
So, whenever I turned the lights on, 0.5V would be removed, and if the fan kicked in, another 0.5V would be removed. In the end, I would see 11.8V in the logs.
Check wiring for voltage drops.

Ran another cable from Alternator to Battery but problem still there

There is a capacitor to coils

Have NOT check if spark plugs are resistive.

Original plugs were resistive but decided to put in a NEW set of Resistive plugs....problem still exists
